This week we met with our social worker Aimee to update our home study. We had to have it updated due to our move to Saint Louis. She asked us a few questions about the move and then did a walk-through of the new house. We feel very fortunate to have such a wonderful social worker to help us through this process. She has been so patient and helpful with the endless questions that we have had for her.
We asked her how long she thought it would be before our referral and she is thinking we will find out something by the end of the year. So I think my estimate of finding out in the next month was a little over optimistic. But a girl can hope, right?
