Inked again

Today we journeyed downtown to have our fingerprints taken in order to obtain approval to adopt from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. This was the SIXTH time that we have had our fingerprints taken since we started the process with Joseph. (Last I checked fingerprints don't change?) Nevertheless, as we have said before - we will do whatever it takes.

Next up, awaiting formal USCIS approval, getting our dossier state sealed, authenticated in Wash DC, and then sent off to Ethiopia. We are getting there.

  2. How nice that you can do that in your same town. We live in the middle of nowhere, so we have to drive 2+ hours to do it. Ugh. So exciting to hear of progress, though. :)
